CARE's mission is to educate the community about proper pet care and training; decrease the amount of strays and owner surrendered pets; provide veterinary care, shelter and forever families for animals in need, including those who are considered "undesirable" or "non-adoptable." While most groups focus on dogs and/or cats solely, CARE casts a wider net and helps domestic & exotic companion pets.
