Xavier is very calm and mellow. He would be a great fit for an older person, but could really fit in anywhere. This boy is a lover! His final vet visit is 11/19/20 when he will be neutered and receive his rabies vaccine. All basic vetting is covered by CARE - you just pay the $80 adoption fee.
