She's loving, loyal, curious and energetic. She loves car rides, walks or hanging out on the couch. Marley is currently in a foster home with small to medium dogs and gets along with everyone. She is crate, leash and house trained. She was recently diagnosed with urinary incontinence possibly due to damage from her spay. She is just starting treatment with Incurin which she was prescribed.
* In a foster home with Irwin and Raven. They love to play together.
Marley is good with teenagers and up, probably good with younger children but we have not tested that yet. She does not appear to be good with cats. Marley is a joy to be with. She requires a family responsible enough to keep her safe. She's too smart for her own good and will get out of fences if left unsupervised.
All basic vetting is done and she's heartworm negative.
A completed adoption application and home visit are required for approval to adopt a CARE dog. Out of state adoptions okay. All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, flea & tick prevention and treatment if needed, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
The most accurate and complete information about available dogs can be found on our official website at www.caretoadopt.org. Breeds are sometimes known, but sometimes our best educated guess.
